Starbucks Pink Drink Pie

Love Starbucks’ iconic Pink Drink? This is the summer dessert recipe for you. Starbucks Pink Drink Pie is easy to make and incredibly delicious.

With its creamy texture and vibrant flavors, you’re going to want to make this scrumptious no-bake pie all year round. The pretty pink color makes this a fun dessert for a party too!

Starbucks Pink Drink Pie

Ingredients:

  • Pillsbury Graham Cracker Crust
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup starbucks pink drink
  • 1 package of instant white chocolate pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
  • 1 cup of cold milk
  • 8 ounces of whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • Pink gel food coloring
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced, for a burst of fruity freshness and visual appeal.

Instructions:

Make the Cream Cheese Base:

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the sliced strawberries and mix until well combined.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture into the pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula.

Create the Pudding and Cool Whip Topping:

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant white chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened.
  • Add the Starbucks pink drink liquid and stir until the pudding mixture is creamy. Add a few drops of pink gel food coloring and stir until the mixture is a light pink color.
  • Fold in the whipped topping (Cool Whip) until fully combined and fluffy.
  • Spread the pudding mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer in the pie crust.

Add the Final Touch:

  • Garnish the top of the pie with more Cool Whip if desired.

Chill the Pie:

  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 2 hours, or until the filling is set and the pie is well chilled.

Serve and Enjoy:

  • Once the pie is chilled and set, slice and serve. Enjoy the delightful flavors and textures of this Starbucks pink drink pie!
