Not only is this great just for a different take on your lunch, but it’s also a great idea for a party, picnic, or tailgating. Just increase the recipe to feed as many people as you need!
This Caprese garlic bean salad is a great accompaniment to this sandwich.
Italian Pinwheel Sandwich
Prep: 5 minutes
Makes 1 pinwheel wrap.
Ingredients:
- 1 Italian herb flatbread wrap
- 6 slices sandwich pepperoni
- 4 slices sandwich hard salami
- 4 red onion sliced rounds
- 2-4 pepperoncini
- 1 sliced Roma tomato
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
Directions:
Lay out your wrap. Place pepperoni and salami on the wrap.
Top with onion, pepperoncini, and tomato. Drizzle with vinegar and olive oil. You can also add some salt and pepper and Italian seasoning if you’d like.
Roll up tightly and slice into pinwheels. These are so delicious. Along with the bean salad I shared, I also like them paired with pickles and olives.

- 2-4 pepperoncinis
