How cute is this funfetti skillet cookie? Not only is it adorable, but it’s sweet and delicious too. Eat it as is or serve it with ice cream. YUM!
Ever since I tried this, I wondered how well it would work over a campfire. Since it’s being baked in a skillet, it just might work. I’ll let you know once I try it!
Funfetti Skillet Cookie Recipe
This would be a really fun snack or dessert recipe to make for a family game night or movie night. Take a break and dig into this yummy cookie recipe. Would you serve it with or without ice cream?
This cookie dip recipe is another fun idea for a snack to share with your family.
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup butter ( 2 sticks)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- Rainbow sprinkles (not nonpareils, as they bleed their color into dough/batters)
- Ice cream and/or chocolate syrup (for serving, optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 F.
In a mixing bowl, mix flour, butter, baking powder & salt.
Then mix in the sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla, egg & milk.
Pour into a medium-sized skillet.
Top liberally with sprinkles (seriously, as many or as few as you want here).
Cook for 25-30 minutes. You may cover it with a piece of foil to prevent the edges from burning.
Serve with ice cream and/or chocolate syrup, and enjoy!
