This cookie dip recipe is another fun idea for a snack to share with your family.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter ( 2 sticks)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tablespoon milk
  • Rainbow sprinkles (not nonpareils, as they bleed their color into dough/batters)
  • Ice cream and/or chocolate syrup (for serving, optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 F.

In a mixing bowl, mix flour, butter, baking powder & salt.

Then mix in the sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla, egg & milk.

Pour into a medium-sized skillet.

Top liberally with sprinkles (seriously, as many or as few as you want here).

Cook for 25-30 minutes. You may cover it with a piece of foil to prevent the edges from burning.

Serve with ice cream and/or chocolate syrup, and enjoy!
