Easy Dill Cucumber Salad

Spread the love

A classic cucumber salad has a mayonnaise-based dressing on it. They are delicious but this is a scrumptious variation. This really easy dill cucumber salad packs a lot of flavor without overwhelming the cucumber. The citrus really perks up the taste.

Serve this at a backyard BBQ, take it along for a picnic, or just use as a side dish that goes beautifully with nearly any main dish. This is a great make-ahead dish – in fact, it’s even better to prepare the dressing in advance if possible to give the flavors more time to develop.
