This strawberry Mojito mocktail is SO good! It’s simple to make and only requires a few ingredients. Most of all, it’s so refreshing on a hot summer day!
This is a great version of a fun drink that’s perfect for kids or anyone who wants it without alcohol. If you prefer to make this into an adult version, of course you can add some rum if you’d like.

Strawberry Mojito Mocktail
Prep time: 5 min
Serves: 1 serving
Ingredients:
¾ cup diced strawberries and a few for garnish
½ sliced lemon
1 can of sparkling water or light-coloured soda of choice
5-10 mint leaves
Ice (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare strawberries and lemon by slicing them, add mint leaves. Crush them directly in a jug. Use a muddle or the back of a wooden spoon.
Pour beverage of your choice and stir everything together.
Add ice and garnish with whole strawberries and slice of lemon. (optional)
TIPS:
Lemon can be substituted with limes.
