While travelling in Berlin, Germany, my husband fell in love with German beer and I practically ate my weight in bratwurst. So when we found this recipe for beer brats, it was a match made it heaven!
We could probably live on this recipe, so it’s great that it’s done in the slow cooker, so it’s very minimal prep and almost no clean up (thanks to slow cooker liners).
Although this recipe isn’t the same as being back in Berlin, it certainly helps us relive some very happy memories!
