These prosciutto eyeballs are the PERFECT idea for a Halloween charcuterie board. A little bit creepy, but a lot of fun, they are one of the easiest recipes you will ever make.

Serve them on their own or add them with other Halloween treats to create a full snack tray that is ideal for a Halloween party or movie night.

7 slices prosciutto
7 fresh mozzarella balls
7 green olives

Instructions:

Place the prosciutto into a eye shape. Add the mozzarella ball to the center.

With a knife add X into the mozzarella ball and place the olive into the center. Fill the plate for a better look.
