Cranberry Butter Board

Have you jumped on the butter board trend yet? We LOVE them and they are a huge hit every time we entertain. This Cranberry Butter Board is perfect for Thanksgiving of Christmas. Super easy to make and only a few ingredients required.

You need to serve with sturdy crackers or bread that can hold up to the weight of the butter. We like to place several butter spreaders around the board to make it easy for people to serve themselves.

Cranberry Butter Board

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Room Temperature Butter
  • 1/4 Cup Whole Canned Cranberry Sauce
  • Rosemary Sprigs
  • Orange Zest
  • Bread

Instructions:

Spread the room temperature butter out on a platter.

Sprinkle with orange zest.

Add cranberries & rosemary.

Enjoy!

Variations:

  • Add some walnuts, sliced almonds, or pecans to the board.
  • Instead of cranberry sauce, try maple syrup or honey (or hot honey) and then sprinkle on dried cranberries (and nuts if desired).
  • Add pumpkin or sunflower seeds.
