You’re not going to believe how easy it is to make these 4 ingredient sausage balls. They make a great appetizer or snack to serve at a party. Every time we make them, we find we have to double or triple the recipe because they are so popular.
You can even mix these up ahead of time and then pop them into the freezer until ready to bake and serve. They’re a delicious addition to a brunch too, along with some baked goods like these delicious and easy-to-make Cranberry Lemon Muffins (which can also be prepped ahead and frozen).
Serve the sausage balls as is or with chili sauce, cranberry chutney, orange marmalade sauce, sour cream, Ranch dip, or a creamy mustard dip.
Easy 4 Ingredient Sausage Balls

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups baking mix
1 lb ground sausage
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together, baking mix, sausage, cheese, and milk until well incorporated.
Shape into 2 inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 min or until golden brown.
Keep leftovers in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
Notes:
*Best reheated in the air fryer.
*Can mix and freeze to bake later.
* I used Jimmy Dean Country Mild sausage but you can use whatever kind of ground sausage you like.
