How cute is this snowman snack board? It’s so easy to assemble and of course, you can vary some of the ingredients to suit your tastes. Perfect for a party or just a family night at home watching Christmas movies!

Snowman Snack Board

Ingredients

·   Popcorn

·   Corn sticks

·   Marshmallow

·   Round cheese (you can use any) 3 rounds

·   Blueberries

·   Any crackers

·    Mozzarella balls

·   Cheddar cheese slices

·   pomegranate

·   Chocolate covered sticks (or could use pretzels)

·   Caramel

·   Honey

·   Candy sprinkles – 3 types

Instructions

You need 3 circles of cheese to form the head and body of the snowman. You can buy wheels of cheese or you can use cookie cutters or a knife and circle pattern to cut your own from your desired cheese. Lay out on the board as in the photo.

Add sprinkles, honey and caramel in small containers. We’ll make the snowman’s eyes from blueberries, his mouth from pomegranate seeds, and his nose from a piece of cheddar.

Making a starry sky. Place the blueberries around the snowman’s head. Scatter pomegranate seeds on top. Cut out three stars from a slice of cheese and place on top.

Add popcorn, crackers and marshmallows.

Make a snowman’s hat and hands from crackers and chocolate sticks. Add cheese and corn sticks.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Popcorn
  • 0.5 cup Corn sticks
  • 1 cup Marshmallow
  • 3 wheels Round cheese you can use any 3 circles
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Any crackers
  • 1 cup Mozzarella balls
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • 1 pack Chocolate covered sticks
  • 2 tbsp Caramel
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 6 tbsp Candy sprinkles 3 types 2 tbsp each.

Instructions
 

  • Using glasses or a cookie cutter, cut out circles of cheese into circles of varying diameters. 3 circles – this will be the head and body of the snowman. Lay out on the board as in the photo. Add sprinkles, honey and caramel in small containers. We’ll make the snowman’s eyes from blueberries, his mouth from pomegranate seeds, and his nose from a piece of cheddar.
