Mint Chip Donuts Recipe

Desserts· Holidays· Recipes· St. Patrick's Day

Spread the love

Are you looking for a great way to add some St. Patrick’s Day fun into breakfast or snack time? I’ve got this really simple Mint Chip Donuts recipe that fits the bill! These are baked donuts so they’re really easy to make – even if you’ve never made donuts before.

The delicious blend of chocolate and mint is like a match made in heaven. What really takes this recipe over the top, though, is the scrumptious chocolate ganache. Yum!
