Grinch Peanut Clusters

These Grinch Peanut Clusters (also known as Grinch poop) are so easy to make! Your slow cooker does most of the heavy lifting here. Just a few simple ingredients and very little prep work on your part and you’ll have a fun holiday snack.

This treat is perfect for Christmas parties, cookie exchange trays, or to give as gifts for pretty much everyone – neighbors, co-workers, teachers, pastors, as hostess gifts, and more! Just package it up in some cellophane bags and tie with a bow and you are good to go.

Grinch Peanut Clusters

Makes: 24
Prep: 20 Minutes
Cook: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:

24 oz peanuts unsalted; salted peanuts works as well
6 squares Almond Bark
20 oz Ghirardelli White Chocolate Wafers
5 drops green food gel (neon green or bright green)
5 oz small marshmallows (half a bag)
Christmas sprinkles for topping
Red heart sprinkles for topping

Instructions:

Pour peanuts into a medium size crockpot and turn to low heat.

Add in 6 squares of almond bark. Pour in white chocolate melting wafers. Cover crockpot and wait about 30 minutes. Come back and stir well.

Once the chocolate and bark is melted it is time to add a few drops green food gel. Stir well until all the mixture is green.

Turn off heat and add marshmallows. Scoop with a tablespoon scoop onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with sprinkles and one red candy heart sprinkle. Be sure to light press the sprinkles into the tops of the scoops.

Let cool to set and then serve!
