Black Forest Cheesecake Cups

These mini chocolate cherry desserts are so tasty! They’re really easy to make and a great idea for a party since these Black Forest Cheesecake Cups are served in individual portions.

In about 10 minutes of prep time, you’ll have a delicious dessert perfect for all the chocolate lovers. And just look at how pretty and colorful it is!

Black Forest Cheesecake Cups

Prep Time: 10 min

Ingredients:

Milk

Cream cheese

Chocolate graham crackers

Instant chocolate pudding

Cherry pie filling

Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips for topping

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine milk and instant pudding.

Beat with a hand mixer on medium/high for 2 minutes. Set aside in refrigerator for 5 minutes.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat cream cheese on medium/high for 1 minute.

Add 1 cup pudding and continue beating until combined and smooth, about 30 seconds.

Assemble your cups:

Add a layer of cream cheese/pudding mixture.

Next, add a layer of crushed graham crackers.

Now comes the pudding layer.

Next up is the layer of cherry pie filling.

Finally, top with mini chocolate chips.
