This moist, delicious Baileys pound cake is the perfect blend of sugary sweetness and Baileys Irish Cream.
It’s perfect for any Baileys fan, with the liqueur in both the cake AND the sweet glaze over top.

Baileys Pound Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- Pam baking spray
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup Baileys Original Irish Cream liqueur
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
Baileys Glaze
- 1 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp Baileys
- 2 tsp milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9×9 loaf pan with baking spray.
Using a standing mixer, cream together the butter, sugar, and salt until combined and smooth.
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and Baileys until combined. Gradually mix into the butter mixture until combined.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until combined.
Pour batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 50-65 minutes. If not done and starts to brown, cover with foil and bake for 10 more minutes.
Allow to cool completely.
Glaze Directions
In a large bowl, whisk all glaze ingredients together until combined.
Pour over the loaf and allow the glaze to harden.
Cut the cake into slices and enjoy!
