This is such a simple recipe that it can barely even be called that but these Apple Cider Mimosas are SO good. If you’re looking for a cold beverage that tastes like autumn in a glass, this is a great option.

Only two ingredients are needed for this yummy fall drink. Perfect for Thanksgiving celebrations or any other fall get-togethers.

Apple Cider Mimosas

Serving: 1
Prep time: less than 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. Apple cider
  • 3 oz brut champagne – you can substitute a sparkling wine here if you want. I have used Prosecco before and it was quite tasty.

Instructions:

  • Pour the champagne in a champagne flute, wait until the bubbles settle.
  • Add the apple cider to the flute.
  • Enjoy cold

Pro Tip: You want to make these just before serving. You can make a full pitcher instead of by the glass but with champagne in them, of course you don’t want it sitting around long enough that it will begin to go flat.
