Strawberry No Bake Cheesecake 

This Strawberry No Bake Cheesecake is absolutely scrumptious and there's no oven involved in making it. With only about 15 minutes of prep time, this is a really easy dessert to make. Just remember to plan ahead as there is about 3 hours of chilling time needed.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups graham crackers or biscuits of your choice or 10 oz
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 3 pkgs cream cheese 8 oz each
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 1 ½ cup strawberries
  • 1 pkg strawberry flavor gelatin

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the crust: Add biscuits to a food processor and pulse into fine crumbs or crush them in a large Ziploc bag using rolling pin. Transfer the crust into a bowl; add melted butter. Mix everything and press the crumb mixture into your 8” springform pan into an even layer. Refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
  • Prepare the cake batter: Add cream cheese, whipped cream, and sugar to a large mixing bowl. Prepare gelatin following instructions on the package. Chill until thickened but not fully set (about 20 minutes) and add to the batter. Use a hand mixer to mix until incorporated.
  • Assemble: Pour the mixture over the prepared crust. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Place whole or diced strawberries on top. Enjoy
