diced strawberries and a few for garnish

sliced lemon

can of sparkling water or light-coloured soda of choice

mint leaves
Ice

Instructions
Prepare strawberries and lemon by slicing them, add mint leaves. Crush them directly in a jug. Use a muddle or the back of a wooden spoon.
Pour beverage of your choice and stir everything together.
Add ice and garnish with whole strawberries and slice of lemon.

TIPS: Lemon can be substituted with limes
