Ingredients

  • 3 ½ Tablespoons Cinnamon
  • 2 ½ Teaspoons Ginger
  • 2 ½ Teaspoons Nutmeg
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Allspice

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small dish and mix well.

Notes

Store in a sealed container in a cool dry place like the pantry. Keep for up to 2 months.
If you like cinnamon to not be as bold in the mixture, simply reduce it until you find the right ratio to fit your preferences.
Use quality spices for this recipe in order to get the best outcome. Cheaper spices tend to be lacking in flavor. This results in a weak spice mixture.
You can easily double this recipe, or increase it as much as needed.
If you would like, you can add cloves to the mixture. Not everyone likes them, so I suggest only adding cloves if you know for sure you already like them. ½ teaspoon should be plenty for this specific mixture.
