For the Topping: 2 ripe peaches sliced 3.5 oz prosciutto thinly sliced (100 g) 5.3 oz mozzarella shredded or sliced (150 g) 2 tbsp olive oil 30 ml 1 tbsp honey optional (15 ml) ½ tsp rosemary fresh or dried (1 g) Salt and black pepper to taste Arugula leaves for garnish
