Ingredients
  

For the Base:

  • 1 package pizza dough store-bought or homemade - You could also use flatbread instead of pizza dough for a quick prosciutto and peach flatbread.

For the Topping:

  • 2 ripe peaches sliced
  • 3.5 oz prosciutto thinly sliced (100 g)
  • 5.3 oz mozzarella shredded or sliced (150 g)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 30 ml
  • 1 tbsp honey optional (15 ml)
  • ½ tsp rosemary fresh or dried (1 g)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Arugula leaves for garnish

Instructions
 

Prepare the Base:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough to your preferred thickness and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Add the Toppings:

  • Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly over the dough.
  • Arrange the peach slices over the cheese.
  • Add rosemary, salt, and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil and honey (if using).

Bake:

  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

Finish the Pizza:

  • Remove from oven and top immediately with prosciutto slices.
  • Garnish with a handful of fresh arugula.

Serve:

  • Slice and serve hot or warm—perfect for brunch, lunch, or a summer dinner.
