Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bundt Cake

This cake is perfect for fall or really, anytime of the year. It's easy to make and uses a boxed cake mix as a shortcut. Serve as a special treat for your family or at your next fall gathering.

Ingredients
  

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Bundt Cake

  • 1 box cinnamon toast crunch cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 C whole milk
  • ½ C unsalted sweet cream butter softened

Cream Cheese Glaze

  • 4 tbsp unsalted sweet cream butter softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 ¼ C powdered sugar
  • 2-4 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 C Cinnamon Toast Crunch minis cereal

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9in Bundt cake pan with non-stick baking spray
  • Using a standing mixer add the cake mix, eggs, milk and butter, on medium speed beat for 4-5 minutes until fully combined and smooth.
  • Scrape the sides of the bowl of the cake batter and on medium speed beat for another 2-3 minutes until fully combined and smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the bundt cake pan and lightly tap the bundt pan on the counter to remove any air bubbles.
  • Place in the center rack of your oven and bake for 35 minutes. Remove the bundt from the oven and or insert a toothpick in the center area of the bundt cake.
  • If the toothpick comes out clean the bundt is fully baked if not place the bundt cake back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
  • Remove the bundt from the oven and set it to the side to allow it cool completely
  • Flip the bundt cake on top of a wire cooling rack or a large baking pan.
  • Set to the side.

Cream cheese glaze

  • Using a large bowl, add all of the ingredients, on medium speed, beat together for 4 minutes or until fully combined and smooth.
  • Scrape the sides of the bowl and on medium speed beat for another 2 minutes until fully combined and smooth.
  • Remove the bowl from the mixer and pour the glaze over the bundt cake.
  • Take your Cinnamon Toast Crunch minis cereal and sprinkle it all over the bundt cake
  • Place cake into the fridge and allow the cream cheese to harden slightly before cutting into slices and enjoying!
