Buffalo Chicken Footballs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp oil I used avocado
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ cup Franks red hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 can jumbo buttermilk biscuits

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Take chicken and pour oil over the top and then add spices.
  • Rub oil and spices into chicken and lay in a small baking dish.
  • In a small bowl mix together hot sauce, brown sugar, and melted butter.
  • Pour sauce over the top of the chicken.
  • Bake chicken for 30-40 minutes until cooked through.
  • Fork shred the chicken breast and mix with the sauce in the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Take each jumbo biscuit and spread the size of a small plate.
  • Place shredded chicken in the middle of the biscuit and fold over.
  • Use a fork to crimp the edges of the biscuit.
  • Place biscuits in the air fryer basket and fry at 330 for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Scoop sour cream in a sandwich baggie and cut a tiny hole in the corner.
  • Pipe the sour cream in football lines on the biscuits.
