8 slices soft white bread crusts removed ¾ cup heavy cream 200 ml, 35% fat 2 –3 tbsp powdered sugar 15–25 g 1 tsp vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 large orange peeled and sliced 4 –5 strawberries sliced 1 –2 kiwis peeled and sliced
Whip the Cream: In a large bowl, beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form and the cream is smooth and fluffy.
Prepare the Fruit: Wash, peel, and slice the orange, strawberries, and kiwis into thin, even pieces.
Assemble the Sandwiches: Spread a layer of whipped cream on one slice of crustless white bread.
Arrange a mix of fruits in a pattern or line down the center.
Add more whipped cream over the fruit and top with another slice of bread. Press gently.
