Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Place the chocolate chips in a medium, microwave safe mixing bowl.
Microwave for up to 3 minutes, pausing every 30 seconds to stir, adjusting the chocolate chips on the bottom of the bowl, to the top.
Once the chocolate chips are smooth and creamy without lumps when stirred, set aside.
Remove the lid and film from the frosting container and microwave it for 1 minute.
Pour the frosting immediately into the melted white chocolate bowl and stir vigorously until fully combined.
Add two packets of blue pop rocks and two packets of red to the mixture and gently fold them in until nicely distributed.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread even.
Sprinkle the remaining pop rocks over the top of the fudge.
Set the fudge aside and let it solidify for 8 hours or until hardened.
Slice and enjoy!
