Easy Strawberry Sweet Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting
These strawberry sweet rolls are a fruity twist on traditional cinnamon rolls, made with crescent dough and topped with a creamy strawberry glaze. They’re ready in just 25 minutes and perfect for an easy breakfast or dessert.
Remove the cream cheese from the fridge so it can soften.
Crush the freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder.
Mix the strawberry powder with the granulated sugar.
Unroll the crescent dough sheet on a flat surface.
Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough.
Sprinkle the strawberry sugar mixture all over.
Roll the dough tightly into a log.
Slice into 6 rolls using a serrated knife or baker’s twine.
Grease an oven-safe pan and place the rolls inside.
Bake for 20 minutes, until lightly golden.
While baking, prepare the glaze.
