cream cheese
softened (2 - 8 oz packages)

packet dry ranch seasoning

red bell pepper
finely diced
1
jalapeno pepper
finely diced

can corn
drained
1 - 4.25

can chopped black olives
drained

green onions
diced - for topping
Instructions
Cut the red pepper and the jalapeno pepper, removing the stems and seeds. (If you want a spicier dip, keep the jalapeno seeds.)
Dice the green onions, set aside.
Mix the cream cheese and ranch seasoning in a large bowl using a hand mixer, until light and creamy.
Add the diced red pepper, diced jalapeno, corn, and olives to the bowl, and stir to combine.
Spoon mixture into serving bowl or dish, and top with diced green onions.
You can serve it right away, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers, veggies, or chips.
