4th Of July Candy Bark

Candy bark is a popular treat for pretty much any occasion. Every time I put it out for a get-together it disappears quickly. This 4th of July Candy Bark is incredibly easy to make and delicious.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 oz blue candy melts
  • 6 oz red candy melts
  • 6 oz white candy melts
  • 1 tablespoon star sprinkles
  • 1 tablespoon medium pearl white sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Heat the candy melts as directed on the back of the bag as most brand vary. I usually heat mine on defrost mode for 1:30 and repeat this three times then stir well.
  • Place parchment paper on a small baking sheet. Pour out melted blue candy melts onto the parchment paper. Spread well with the back of a spoon.
  • Drizzle both red and white melted candy melts over the blue. Sometime I swirl some with the back of a spoon.
  • Shake the star sprinkles and pearl white sprinkles over the top. Take a spatula and light press the sprinkles into the candy melts in order for them to stay better when breaking the bark.
  • Let dry for about 30 minutes. Once hard break apart into medium pieces for serving.
