Pumpkin Seed Brittle
This recipe has only a few ingredients - 4 to be exact. It's super easy to make and is perfect for gift-giving.
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup pumpkin seeds
Melt the butter. Add sugar and salt.
Stir over low to medium heat until they are dissolved completely.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the seeds.
Make sure the seeds are well coated.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour in the mixture, using a rubber spatula if needed to spread it out.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Break into pieces.
