- 0.25 blueberries can also use raspberries or blackberries, grapes, or chunks of banana
Spoon yogurt into piping bag or Ziploc bag
Pipe small dots of yogurt onto a parchment lined tray
Place fruit on top of yogurt dots
Freeze overnight (they are often ready in 15 minutes! It depends on how large a dot of yogurt you make and how large a chunk of fruit allowed)
When you are ready to serve, eat immediately.
