Equipment

  • 1 baking tray
  • Parchment paper
  • 1 Piping bag Can use a Ziploc bag instead

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 0.25 blueberries can also use raspberries or blackberries, grapes, or chunks of banana

Instructions
 

  • Spoon yogurt into piping bag or Ziploc bag
  • Pipe small dots of yogurt onto a parchment lined tray
  • Place fruit on top of yogurt dots
  • Freeze overnight (they are often ready in 15 minutes! It depends on how large a dot of yogurt you make and how large a chunk of fruit allowed)
  • When you are ready to serve, eat immediately.
