Sheet Pan Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

With only 3 ingredients and almost no prep, this recipe couldn't get much easier! It's also super tasty, so you're winning all around with this one.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 bottle balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 5 strips bacon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  • Cut washed Brussels sprouts in half. Transfer to a large baking sheet. (See note #1.)
  • Cut bacon into small pieces and then place the bacon pieces in between the Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet. (See note #2.)
  • Coat everything with balsamic dressing.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  1. You may want to line the baking sheet with foil for an easier cleanup.
  2. We recommend using kitchen shears to cut raw bacon. Trust us, it's so easy, you'll never go back to doing it any other way!
