Mini Donuts "Cereal"

1 boxed cake mix 2 eggs or egg replacer 1 Tbsp chia seeds 1/4 cup oil 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup flour 1 cup icing sugar plus an additional 2-3 Tbsp water Sprinkles
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients together (except the icing sugar and last 2-3 Tbsp of water) to form a thick batter.
Pipe the batter in little donut shapes onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 7-10 minutes.
In a bowl, combine icing sugar and the last bit of water to make a thin icing.
Let the "cereal" cool and then drizzle with icing and add sprinkles.
Enjoy with your favourite milk or as a snack alone.
