You aren't going to believe how easy it is to make these Air Fryer Potato Skins. This is such a delicious snack idea and you only need 4 ingredients to make it.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 small baking potatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup bacon bits
  • Thinly sliced chives

Instructions
 

  • Bake potatoes in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 400 F.
  • Once the potatoes are done, slice each one in half. Scoop out some of the flesh from inside the potato. You want to make sure to leave a good amount around the edges.
  • Sprinkle each potato half with cheese, then sprinkle with bacon bits.
  • Place them in a single layer back in your air fryer. Cook for 5 minutes at 400 F.
  • Sprinkle with chives, then serve & enjoy!
