Funfetti Skillet Cookie Recipe

How cute is this funfetti skillet cookie? Not only is it adorable, but it's sweet and delicious too. Eat it as is or serve it with ice cream. YUM!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 cup butter 2 sticks
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tablespoon milk
  • Rainbow sprinkles not nonpareils, as they bleed their color into dough/batters
  • Ice cream and/or chocolate syrup for serving, optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 F.
  • In a mixing bowl, mix flour, butter, baking powder & salt.
  • Then mix in the sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla, egg & milk.
  • Pour into a medium sized skillet.
  • Top liberally with sprinkles (seriously, as many or as few as you want here).
  • Cook for 25-30 minutes. You may cover with a piece of foil to prevent edges from burning.
  • Serve with ice cream and/or chocolate syrup, and enjoy!
