This marshmallow fudge is rich, sweet, smooth, and creamy. Great for everyday enjoyment but also makes a wonderful homemade gift for friends, family, teachers, and everyone else!
Heat a saucepan to medium-low. Add butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently, then turn down to a simmer.
Continue to simmer the mixture for 15 more minutes, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and immediately add the chocolate morsels and marshmallow cream. Stir until everything is smooth and melted together, then blend in the vanilla.
Pour into a greased 9x9 inch pan. Chill in the refrigerator until firm.
